Labs
Lab orders may become non-refundable once requisitions are generated, kits are shipped, specimens are collected, or laboratory processing has begun. Third-party lab fees may be non-refundable.
Dispensed or shipped medications
Prescription medications generally cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, shipped, or transferred to the patient, except where required by law or due to verified fulfillment error.
Chargebacks
